Established in 1999, Desota Athletic Club offers variety of fitness classes, programs, equipment and professional trainers to members. It offers a wide range of group classes, such as advanced aqua, BodyCircuit, BodyCombat, BodyJam, BodyPump and BodyStep. It also provides classes in hydro pilates, spinning, step aerobics and yoga.
